Yes, our Website, like most websites, uses cookies, i.e. small text files. The Cookie Policy applies to the Users of the Website.

The Website also uses functionalities similar to cookies. Therefore, the following provisions of the Cookie Policy should also be applied to these technologies.

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are data, particularly small text information, stored on the user’s device, such as a computer, tablet, or mobile phone, which can be read by our IT system (first-party cookies) or the IT system of third parties (third-party cookies). These files allow the recognition of the user’s device and appropriately display the website adjusted to their individual preferences, enabling the display of the website in the user’s language “remembered” by these files, as well as using other settings of the Website selected by the user. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the device, and a unique number.

A pixel is a software code that allows monitoring users and their behavior on websites where pixels are placed. This can range from basic tracking, such as whether a person visited the website, to detailed tracking of actions like viewing specific content, reviewing a particular property, submitting a form, etc. The pixel can send the collected information to a third party, i.e., the provider of the code.

3. For what purposes do we use cookies?

We use the cookies and other internet technologies to:

a. ensure the functionality, security, and reliability of our Website;

c. analyze and create statistics that help understand how users use the Website and its functionality, which allows improving its structure and content;
d. for advertising purposes (including remarketing, retargeting) and connecting with social media, displaying behavioral ads using Google Ads to provide users with advertising content tailored to their interests, and may also be used to display ads outside of the Website (also using third-party cookies) through our advertising partners. Our goal is to develop an advertising offer that will be attractive and beneficial to our audience, so, as part of behavioral advertising, the user may see primarily information about products they have already viewed or checked on our Website.

4. Are personal data processed through cookies?

Yes, selected cookies may, in certain situations, process personal data of users. The processing of personal data derived from cookies or similar technologies on our Website occurs for the purposes of ensuring the functionality of the Site, adapting it to the user’s preferences, or for analytical purposes. We would like to point out that the legal basis for the processing of personal data for advertising and statistical purposes will always be your additional and explicit consent, given by selecting and checking a checkbox during the cookie consent process.

When the user uses the Website, cookies are used to identify their browser or device – cookies collect various kinds of information, which generally do not constitute personal data. However, depending on their content and usage, some information may be linked to a specific person.

5. If cookies process personal data, does the Privacy Policy apply?

Yes, for information collected by cookies that may be linked to a specific person, the provisions of the Privacy Policy of the Website relating to personal data apply, particularly those concerning the rights of the data subject.

6. Do I need to consent to the use of cookies?

7. Can I change my mind about the use of cookies?

Of course, you can. If consent to the use of cookies has been given, you can change your mind at any time and withdraw your consent for future use. So-called harmless cookies are necessary for the proper functioning of the Website. They are needed to enable the operation of the website’s functionalities, but their operation is not related to user tracking.

We also use so-called research cookies to track users visiting the Website, but they do not include information that allows the identification of a specific user without other data. In specific situations, we use profiling.

10. What first-party cookies do we use?

We use first-party cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the Website. Our cookies aim to make it easier for you to use our Website, especially its functionalities.

11. Do we use third-party cookies?

Yes. Our Website, to optimize its functioning, also uses third-party cookies. We use third-party cookies for analytical and statistical purposes. Cookies also allow us to customize ads and marketing content to your preferences. They also help increase the usability and personalization of the content on the Website.

12. Do we use profiling?

Yes. Thanks to cookies used on the website, the Administrator can become familiar with the preferences of visitors, e.g., by analyzing how often they visit the website and whether or not they make purchases. Profiling mainly concerns logged-in users, i.e., customers. Analyzing online behavior helps us better understand your habits and expectations and adjust to your needs and interests.

13. Which cookies, pixels, and IT tools do we use?

Google Analytics.
We use the Google Analytics tool, provided by Google Ireland Limited (registered under number: 368047), headquartered at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. With this tool, we create statistics and analyses to improve the functionality of the Website.
Google Analytics automatically collects information about the use of our Website. Importantly, we have IP anonymization enabled. Therefore, Google does not receive personal data from us that could be based on the IP address in combination with other user data.

If you are interested in the details of data processing within Google Analytics, we encourage you to refer to the document prepared by Google: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245.

Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) – Conversion and Remarketing.
We use the Google Ads tool, provided by Google Ireland Limited (registered under number: 368047), headquartered at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. With these files, we attract attention to our content and offers using advertisements on external websites. We analyze campaign data to optimize advertising activities. The advertisements are delivered by Google via so-called “Ad Servers.” For this purpose, we use server cookies, through which specific success measurement parameters such as ad placements or user clicks can be measured. If you enter our website via a Google advertisement, Google Ads will store a cookie on your device. For these cookies, in order to analyze their value, the following information is usually stored: unique cookie identifier, number of impressions per ad placement (frequency), last impression (important for conversion after viewing), and opt-out information (indicating that a user does not wish to be further considered). These cookies allow Google to recognize your browser. We do not collect or process any personal data based on these advertising tools. We do not obtain any other data and cannot identify users based on the information gathered. Due to the use of marketing tools, your browser automatically establishes a connection with the Google server. Even if you are not registered with any Google service or logged into your account, it is possible that network providers may collect and store your IP address.

We also use the remarketing tool in Google Ads, which allows us to show ads based on users’ interests from other websites in the Google Display Network. For this purpose, Google stores cookies in users’ browsers who visit specific Google services or websites in the Google Display Network to uniquely identify the browser on a particular device.

We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the GDPR and Google Ads documents: https://ads.google.com/intl/pl_pl/home/faq/gdpr/.

Facebook.
We also use marketing tools provided by Meta Platforms Ireland, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (“Facebook”). Through these tools, we direct advertisements to you. We perform these activities based on your consent.

To target personalized ads based on your behavior on our Website, we use Facebook Pixel, which automatically collects information about your use of our Website, including the pages you visited.

We do not transmit personal data. The information collected by Facebook Pixel is anonymous, meaning it does not allow us to identify you. It only allows us to obtain information about actions taken on our Website. However, we note that Facebook may link this information with other information about you collected through your use of Facebook services and use it for its own purposes, including marketing. Currently, Facebook Pixel also affects data from Instagram. These actions by Facebook are no longer under our control, and you can find information about them directly in Facebook’s privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy. From your Facebook account, you can also manage your privacy settings.

14. How long do we store cookies containing personal data?

Depending on the type of cookie, purpose, and legal basis for processing, cookies are stored from one session to two years.
The cookies we collect that contain personal data of users will be stored until an objection is raised. The Administrator may delete personal data if it has not been used for marketing purposes for 2 years, unless the law obliges the Administrator to process the personal data for a longer period.

Some personal data may be stored for a longer period in case the user has any claims against the Administrator or for the purpose of pursuing claims by the Administrator or defending against claims (including those from third parties), for the period of limitation set by law, particularly under the Civil Code.

In any case, the longer retention period for personal data will apply.

This Cookie Policy 1.0 is effective as of January 1, 2025.
