Design stages
01 Conceptual design
Analysis of the plot, surrounding area, and legal regulations concerning the planned development. Development of the design concept, translating ideas into paper. Designing the functional layout and appearance of the building.
02 Building permit project
A project that serves as an attachment to the building permit application. It includes obtaining all necessary approvals, opinions, and permits. The design document contains technical solutions.
Project content: site development plan, architectural and construction design, technical design (structures, electrical installations, sanitary installations).
03 Executive design
A design document containing detailed technical solutions, design details, along with a specification of specific materials and their catalog names.
04 Workshop design
A detailed design prepared for the production of specific building elements at a prefabrication plant.
05 Cost estimate
The cost estimate is developed based on the project documentation. It is a document that defines the planned costs of construction works. It also specifies the value of the construction works order and the price calculation according to established methods based on the bill of quantities. It is possible to prepare a cost estimate at the completion of each stage of the design process.
