The building is a single-story structure with a rectangular footprint. The foundation consists of foundation pads placed directly on the ground. The main above-ground structure of the hall consists of steel frames made of plate girders. The external partitions are covered with sandwich panels mounted to the framing and purlins made of cold-formed profiles.
