Design concept

The goal of the project was to renovate an apartment in the center of Kudowa-Zdrój and create a comfortable rental space for tourists. The apartment is designed to accommodate up to four people—two adults and two children. It consists of a living area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The living area is an open space functionally divided into three sections: an entrance zone with a wardrobe for shoes, coats, and suitcases; a kitchen area with a food preparation and dining space; and a lounge area with a sofa and TV. The interiors are designed in a minimalist style, featuring a bright and cozy atmosphere. White walls, doors, ceilings, and furniture visually expand the space and brighten the rooms. Black accents, such as lamps, accessories, and handles, add character, while wooden elements, rattan chairs, and natural materials create a warm and inviting ambiance.

I decided to order the interior design of an apartment intended for tourist rental from Juka Pracownia Projektowa.
I am very satisfied with the cooperation. The previous layout was much less favorable. During the design work, a new layout was proposed. I didn’t expect that such a functional and comfortable space could be achieved!
The interiors are exactly how I dreamed of – bright, cozy, modern, and timeless. I chose a package that included the concept, executive drawings, and construction supervision. In my opinion, it was the best choice. I received a shopping list with links to selected products, which saved me many hours of searching online and in stores.
The contractors received drawings, from which old walls were demolished, new ones were built, custom furniture was made, tiles were laid, and electrical installations were completed. Everything was visualized, dimensioned, and described on the drawings. The correctness of the construction work was monitored by Ms. Justyna. The contractors received drawings for the cost estimation of their work, which allowed me to know the costs before the construction started.
I highly recommend the design services of Juka Pracownia Projektowa to anyone planning a renovation – you save time, money during the execution, and peace of mind during construction.
