The project involves the revitalization of the historic former hospital building on Sudecka Street in Wrocław, transforming it into luxurious apartments. As part of the renovation, the roof structure was adapted to suit the building’s new function. Due to increased spans and changes in the room layout, a more durable steel structure was required instead of the traditional wooden construction. This approach preserves the historic character of the building while meeting modern functional and technical requirements.
